Refund or Exchange Terms

Returns are not accepted unless product arrives damaged. Claims for damaged products must be made within 5 business days from receipt of product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Proof of item damage is required. We may require photographic evidence, or the return of the product for review. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
